Delivery by DHL / Hermes / DPD
Smaller products up to 31.5 kg / 200 cm can be sent as a parcel. Items in stock are packed and dispatched by us within 1-2 working days. The transport time is usually approx. 3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is on its way. In the e-mail you will also find the consignment number and details of the shipping service provider. If the goods are damaged, please send us photos of the damaged goods immediately.

Delivery by forwarding agent
Shipments from 200 cm or larger than 30 kg are delivered in wooden crates by a forwarding agent.
The transport time is usually approx. 3-4 working days.
Lengths up to 240 cm can be unloaded ‘free kerbside’ using a lifting platform. From there, you must bring the material to the installation site. The goods will not be delivered to your home by the haulage company. The boxes can be moved by pallet truck or forklift.
Longer dimensions are only delivered ‘free on lorry’.
The material is securely packed in wooden crates. Transport insurance is compulsory.
Haulage companies work in a network (e.g. SIM-CARGO). The consignment can be tracked via a tracking system.
The delivery company will call you one day before delivery and agree an approximate date with you.

ATTENTION: Check in the presence of the driver whether the delivery is complete and whether the packaging has any visible external damage.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE: take photos of all damage in the presence of the driver and make a note on the delivery receipt that there has been transport damage that suggests concealed damage.
Don't let yourself be rushed, the damage is more important than the driver's appointments!

DEADLINES for private customers: externally visible transport damage must be documented upon delivery and reported within 3 days. Hidden damage must be reported within 14 days.
After expiry of the deadlines, transport damage can no longer be claimed, as it is possible that the damage occurred at your storage location or on the construction site.

DEADLINES B2B: externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 5 working days.
After the deadlines have expired, transport damage can no longer be claimed, as it is possible that the damage occurred after delivery at your storage location or on the construction site.
 
The costs are requested individually from the freight forwarder and vary according to distance, weight, value of goods and dimensions.
