Option "ready installed"
What means that?
Ready installed - for end user
- Of course you can order directly from us as a company or private individual. We offer you panelling including delivery and installation right down to the last brushstroke.
- We need to know what you have in mind in order to be able to quote you the total cost - we look forward to receiving your call or e-mail
- The panelling is precisely adapted to the individual wall lengths
- Installation is carried out by us or a partner company
- All timber used is FSC certified or sourced locally in Brandenburg or Saxony-Anhalt.
- Wood is subject to colour variations, reflections, inclusions, cracks, the appearance of sapwood and knots.
How the ordering process works
- If you have decided on panelling, we need a floor plan with exact measurements for an initial quotation. In a personal meeting, we will discuss what is important to you. Is there an opening date by which everything has to be ready? What about the electrics? Who will mount the panelling? Who will do the final coat of paint? We will then send you a preliminary quotation.
- When you commission us, we first take precise measurements and produce a 3D plan, from which we obtain views that we present to you for approval. This planning also results in the production parts lists and the installation plans for the subsequent assembly, as well as a cost correction. A deposit of 10% of the total amount offered is required for this step. Once the planning has been completed and approved by you, the planning service is deemed to have been provided and will be invoiced at 10% of the total amount. Additional planning costs may be incurred for subsequent dimensional changes or alternative panelling.
- The panelling is produced
Once you have confirmed the final costs and the accuracy of the plans, we hand over the order to our joinery for production. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for this. We will be happy to inform you about intermediate steps during production. If you wish, you can also arrange a factory visit with us.
- Delivery
We will inform you when production is complete and invoice you for the remaining production costs. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment. The panelling is delivered in wooden crates by a forwarding agent. The haulage company will arrange a delivery date with you in advance. Packaging dimensions up to 240 cm are unloaded ‘free kerbside’, larger packaging is delivered ‘free lorry’.
- What condition is the wood in when it is delivered?
All elements are planed, sanded and primed with linseed oil. The wood has a residual moisture content of 12% and should be left in the room for a week to acclimatise before assembly. Fixed elements, such as cassettes, are already assembled. Long plinth and head mouldings are supplied separately and may have a slight oversize to compensate for tolerances in length and angle.
- Installation
We install the panelling at your premises right down to the last brushstroke or we can help you find suitable specialists.
